We would recommend Lars without hesitation. Our previous experience with a contractor was horrible enough to keep us from upgrading our home for many years. Now we were ready for a full remodel. When interviewing contractors we found Seth who was easy to talk to, full of ideas, professional and a nice person. He had many immediate suggestions....many of which we ended up using. His designer John, drew up plans that made us see our home in a new way. We Loved it! Once the project was started, Seth and his team of professionals at Lars kept us informed with each step. The sub-contractors were respectful of our property, our 'treasures' and of us. The remodel was completed on schedule, although somewhat over budget. Two major problems were found during the job that could not have been foreseen. They were discussed in detail with us and we were given options on how to deal with them.
Seth, Cody, John and Chih were a major help to us for our largest remodel project and hopefully our last. Thank you to the Lars family for the wonderful job you've done.
