I hired Lars do to a complete top-to-bottom home renovation and they did a spectacular job. From the moment I met Lars’ President Brandon Spann I was very impressed by his professionalism and direct, clear communication. The entire Lars team was outstanding. I worked closely with in-house Senior Interior Designer Danni Greenstein putting together a comprehensive design plan, and with Project Manager Paul Harte throughout the entire construction process. Both are top notch professionals. Paul’s right hand man Alfredo was an integral contributor throughout the construction, ensuring everything met my expectations. I am extremely pleased with the result- it’s no surprise Lars continues to be an award-winning leader in the industry. Highly recommend!

We attended the Lars Remodeling event over the weekend. It was incredibly informative and educational. The hosted event was well curated with engaging speakers and a spectacular brunch spread. We have a consultation scheduled this Thursday with one of their representatives. We are looking forward to what we might be able to achieve in our new home with their help.

We are working with Lars on a home remodel project. From the first meeting with our project manager Ken, it was apparent that our wants and needs were a priority to him and the rest at Lars. We’ve now had quite a few meetings finalizing selections with Wendy & Janice and every meeting is amazing. Wendy has paid close attention to detail with our budget and overall plan, and we have enjoyed learning from her expertise. I never thought plumbing and picking fixtures could be fun, but Christie made it so fun (and informative!) We have had the best experience with the whole Lars team and will be recommending them over and over again!

The Lars team completed a full remodel of our home a year and a half ago, and every single day, we’re grateful for the beautiful space they designed and built.

Our project wasn’t easy. Living on an environmentally sensitive canyon meant navigating a challenging permitting process, but Lars knew exactly how to design something that could actually get approved—and built.

One of our biggest dreams was a larger kitchen. Before we found Lars, we had two architects try to make it work, but neither could figure out how to bring our vision to life. Then Lars came in and solved the problem beautifully. Now, we have a kitchen we absolutely love.

From start to finish, the team was responsive, professional, and truly committed to making our home everything we hoped for. We never imagined our old, outdated house could be transformed into something so spectacular, but thanks to Lars, it’s now a space we love and cherish every day.

There are not enough positive adjectives to describe our experience with Lars. We had an addition and total house remodel done by Lars to meet our multigenerational needs. We were in need of a construction company because our current company had gone bankrupt. We met Brandon quite by accident and there was an immediate sense that all four of the adults just knew this was the right fit for us. There was a trust and a comfort level we had not experienced prior to meeting with him. Then we had the pleasure of working with Erica, the perfect designer! She just had a sense for what our wishes were and fit them to our budget. She had amazing suggestions that we incorporated into our home. We’ve been back in our home now for 6 months and I think I am still thanking her daily for her input on something we love. Then we were able to work with Owen, the best project manager on earth! Owen kept everything moving along so well that we actually finished ahead of schedule by weeks! He offered suggestions that made our house look amazing. We met with him weekly to check the progress. And Randy did a wonderful job with all of our punch list items. He is very detailed and things were perfectly finished off. These people were all so amazing and communication with any of them was superb. I simply cannot stress enough how communication was a key component with the success of our project. We would give Lars 10 stars if we could!

I love my new kitchen ~ Lars transformed my 1949 kitchen / Laundry and bathroom into a masterpiece now suited to year 2023. What I admired the most from this Company was their commitment to us the customer to getting the work done that was laid out before them… My appliances are a dream to use and enjoy and were carefully selected under Matthew and delivered with care under Paul for the finished product . I wish to personally thank Betsy, the initial Lars representative for being attentive to our project ,all along the way, She always checked in during intervals of highs and lows , to see how I was doing, and answered all my questions…I cherish the friendships and the many people of the different trades I met along the way. I thank this Company for the leadership, attention, and service to us through the long road of remodeling these areas of our home . We are very much enjoying our new kitchen, 1/2 bath, Laundry room.

Lars did a great job throughout the whole process. They listened to what we wanted and helped to bring it to life, offering guidance and suggestions that helped improve our original ideas. Every step of the way they helped us understand what was happening and provided an accurate timeline of the process.

I hired LARs to do an addition to my home. I wanted a company that I could trust. I had a deadline in which the work absolutely needed to be completed. They promised to meet that deadline. Not only did they meet it they got the permits, asked if it was okay to start the project early and completed it months ahead of my deadline. From the beginning Wendy our design consultant had amazing suggestions and ideas. And she listened to what we liked and helped us to design a gorgeous space that I love. Christie and Wendy helped us pick out the perfect features for our new space. And I cannot say enough about our project manager Memo. He was there everyday overseeing every aspect of the project. He was patient with my concerns and questions always responding and addressing the smallest of things. I am so pleased with the addition and would recommend this team again and again!
