A dual vanity with a makeup station between them, Stillwater cabinetry in a deep teal-green, and brushed nickel throughout — this is a primary bath designed for two people with different routines to share without compromise. The built-in vanity seat is the kind of functional detail that only comes from a designer who asked the right questions during discovery.

The island is the heartbeat of this kitchen — a sage-toned base anchored by crisp white quartz, with statement pendant lighting above. In a home built for a busy family of five, this isn't a showpiece. It's a workspace, a gathering spot, and the place where mornings happen. Functional design and beautiful design are the same thing when done well.

A sliding barn door, hardwood flooring, and direct access to the upstairs balcony — the primary suite was designed to feel like a private retreat within a busy family home. When you're adding a second story, the master suite placement matters as much as the view. Here, both were done with intention.

This 1940s Bay Park bungalow was expanded and reimagined as a spacious coastal home for the next generation of family life. A whole-home remodel and major addition introduced the room the growing family needed while preserving the charm and history that made the original bungalow worth protecting.

The renewed home includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open-concept kitchen, and bright shared living spaces. In the kitchen, a sage-toned island and white quartz create a hardworking center for a family of five. Custom cabinetry, coastal finishes, and improved indoor-outdoor connections carry warmth throughout the home. The primary suite adds a private retreat, while its bathroom pairs deep teal-green cabinetry with dual vanities and a dedicated makeup station.

Thoughtful planning allows the expanded house to feel cohesive rather than pieced together. The completed home balances legacy with modern comfort, giving the family more space, better function, and a lasting coastal setting for gathering and everyday life.
