Light wood cabinetry adds storage and warmth while the patterned floor introduces definition to an otherwise neutral bathroom. The vanity, adjacent doorways and mirrored doors are organized along the perimeter, preserving an open central path and supporting comfortable circulation within the remodeled interior.

A double vanity provides two dedicated sink stations and substantial enclosed storage, while the broad countertop keeps frequently used items within easy reach. Black plumbing fixtures, framed mirrors and shower detailing repeat the same contrasting accents, helping this bathroom feel connected to the rest of the Encinitas remodel.

The remodeled living area uses a streamlined fireplace surround and low built-in cabinetry to create a defined focal point without crowding the room. Continuous wood flooring and a restrained finish palette support the larger whole-home remodel by giving the expanded interior a more cohesive, flexible setting for everyday living.
